In deze rol kom je terecht binnen een groeiend team waar kwaliteit, inhoudelijke diepgang en samenwerking centraal staan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Je houdt je bezig met klantonderzoeken waarbij complexe zakelijke en internationale structuren, vermogende klantgroepen, vastgoed, sanctierisico&#8217;s en Financial Crime-risico&#8217;s een belangrijke rol spelen. This is a highly visible role that will oversee critical treasury operations, including liquidity management, custody and trust account administration, collateral management, and strategic banking relationships.<\/p>\n<p> Reporting directly to senior treasury leadership, this position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the organization&#8217;s continued growth while partnering closely with Finance, Investments, Risk, Legal, and external financial institutions. <\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the oversight and optimization of custody and trust account operations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage daily liquidity activities and cash forecasting to ensure efficient capital deployment and funding availability.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee collateral and margin monitoring, settlements, and related treasury operations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, custodians, trustees, and other financial counterparties.<\/li>\n<li>Support treasury technology initiatives, including implementation and enhancement of treasury management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage FHLB membership, collateral pledging, borrowing capacity, and funding structures.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with reporting and presentations for senior leadership, board committees, rating agencies, regulators, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and implement treasury process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen controls.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a robust internal control environment.<\/li>\n<li>Partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives involving investments, liquidity, capital management, and operational scalability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of treasury experience with direct exposure to custody and trust account management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of insurance company liquidity operations, custody banking, trust structures, investment operations, and asset servicing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with derivatives, collateral management, and complex investment assets.<\/li>\n<li>Proven success managing relationships with custodians, trustees, banking institutions, and external service providers.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>CPA, CFA, and\/or MBA.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience within a life insurance or annuity organization.<\/li>\n<li>Treasury management system implementation or optimization experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2> <\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<div> <\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Um9iZXJ0LkRpY2tlcnNvbi42MjE5MC4xMTMwOUBvbGl2ZXJqYW1lc2Fzc29jaWF0ZXMuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Director, Treasury &amp; Liquidity Management Raleigh\/Durham &#8211; Hybrid Partnering with a High-Growth Life &amp; Annuity Insurance Carrier Our client, a rapidly growing and well-capitalized life and annuity insurance organization, is seeking an experienced Treasury Director to join their finance leadership team. Vanwege de groei van de organisatie wordt het finance team uitgebreid. Er is ruimte voor zowel een junior met enige ervaring als een medior die zelfstandig een eigen debiteurenportefeuille kan beheren.<\/p>\n<p> Wat ga je doen?<\/p>\n<p> Als Credit Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de debiteurenportefeuille en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een gezonde cashflow. Je hebt veel contact met klanten en collega&#8217;s, signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt ervoor dat openstaande posten tijdig worden opgevolgd.<\/p>\n<p> Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: <\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Beheren en analyseren van openstaande debiteuren;<\/li>\n<li>Opvolgen van achterstallige betalingen;<\/li>\n<li>Contact onderhouden met klanten over openstaande facturen;<\/li>\n<li>Uitzoeken en oplossen van betalingsverschillen;<\/li>\n<li>Afstemmen met interne afdelingen over disputen;<\/li>\n<li>Signaleren van risico&#8217;s en verbeterpunten;<\/li>\n<li>Zorgdragen voor een correcte debiteurenadministratie;<\/li>\n<li>Meedenken over optimalisatie van het creditcontrolproces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Wat breng je mee? <\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>1 tot 4 jaar ervaring binnen Credit Control, debiteurenbeheer of een vergelijkbare financi\u00eble functie;<\/li>\n<li>Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;<\/li>\n<li>Je communiceert gemakkelijk met zowel klanten als interne stakeholders;<\/li>\n<li>Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en proactief;<\/li>\n<li>Je bent analytisch en neemt initiatief;<\/li>\n<li>Je bent leergierig en voelt je prettig in een dynamische omgeving;<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met Exact Globe is een pr\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Wat kun je verwachten? <\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Een uitdagende functie binnen een internationale en groeiende organisatie;<\/li>\n<li>Veel verantwoordelijkheid en contact met zowel klanten als de business;<\/li>\n<li>Een hybride werkomgeving<\/li>\n<li>Een start op korte termijn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interesse of ken je iemand die goed aansluit?
