In deze rol kom je terecht binnen een groeiend team waar kwaliteit, inhoudelijke diepgang en samenwerking centraal staan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Je houdt je bezig met klantonderzoeken waarbij complexe zakelijke en internationale structuren, vermogende klantgroepen, vastgoed, sanctierisico&#8217;s en Financial Crime-risico&#8217;s een belangrijke rol spelen. Geen standaard CDD-productieomgeving, maar een functie waarin je echt de diepte in gaat en jouw ervaring kunt inzetten om risico&#8217;s zorgvuldig te beoordelen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Wat ga je doen?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Uitvoeren van complexe klant- en transactieonderzoeken;<\/li>\n<li>Analyseren van zakelijke en internationale klantstructuren;<\/li>\n<li>Beoordelen van Financial Crime-risico&#8217;s, sancties en CDD-vraagstukken;<\/li>\n<li>Werken met corporate en institutionele klanten;<\/li>\n<li>Onderzoeken van onder andere meerlaagse structuren, vastgoed, risicolanden en vermogende klantgroepen;<\/li>\n<li>Opstellen van heldere risicoanalyses en goed onderbouwde onderzoeksrapportages;<\/li>\n<li>Signaleren van trends, risico&#8217;s en verbetermogelijkheden binnen klantonderzoeken;<\/li>\n<li>Adviseren van collega&#8217;s en interne stakeholders bij complexe dossiers;<\/li>\n<li>Bijdragen aan kwaliteit, zorgvuldigheid en kennisdeling binnen het team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Wat breng jij mee?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen CDD, KYC of AFC;<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met corporate en\/of institutionele klanten;<\/li>\n<li>Kennis van complexe klantstructuren, sancties en meerlaagse organisatiestructuren;<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met vastgoed, risicolanden, vermogende klantgroepen of internationale entiteiten is een sterke pr\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>HBO- of WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting rechten, criminologie, economie of vergelijkbaar;<\/li>\n<li>Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels;<\/li>\n<li>Analytisch sterk, proactief en communicatief vaardig;<\/li>\n<li>Je neemt initiatief, vraagt goed door en weet complexe informatie helder vast te leggen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Wat bieden wij?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Salaris tussen <strong>\u20ac4.600 en \u20ac5.200 bruto per maand<\/strong> exclusief benefits;<\/li>\n<li>Daarbovenop: <strong>13e maand, vakantiegeld en IKB<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>32 tot 40 uur per week;<\/li>\n<li>Hybride werken, gemiddeld 2 dagen per week op kantoor;<\/li>\n<li>Standplaats <strong>Den Bosch of Amsterdam<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Inwerken vindt plaats in Den Bosch;<\/li>\n<li>Werken binnen een groeiend team met doorgroeimogelijkheden richting complexere klantgroepen, senioriteit of kwaliteitscontrole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ben jij een ervaren CDD\/AFC-professional die toe is aan een inhoudelijke rol binnen vermogensbeheer? This is a highly visible role that will oversee critical treasury operations, including liquidity management, custody and trust account administration, collateral management, and strategic banking relationships.<\/p>\n<p> Reporting directly to senior treasury leadership, this position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the organization&#8217;s continued growth while partnering closely with Finance, Investments, Risk, Legal, and external financial institutions. <\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the oversight and optimization of custody and trust account operations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage daily liquidity activities and cash forecasting to ensure efficient capital deployment and funding availability.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee collateral and margin monitoring, settlements, and related treasury operations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, custodians, trustees, and other financial counterparties.<\/li>\n<li>Support treasury technology initiatives, including implementation and enhancement of treasury management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage FHLB membership, collateral pledging, borrowing capacity, and funding structures.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with reporting and presentations for senior leadership, board committees, rating agencies, regulators, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and implement treasury process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen controls.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a robust internal control environment.<\/li>\n<li>Partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives involving investments, liquidity, capital management, and operational scalability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of treasury experience with direct exposure to custody and trust account management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of insurance company liquidity operations, custody banking, trust structures, investment operations, and asset servicing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with derivatives, collateral management, and complex investment assets.<\/li>\n<li>Proven success managing relationships with custodians, trustees, banking institutions, and external service providers.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>CPA, CFA, and\/or MBA.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience within a life insurance or annuity organization.<\/li>\n<li>Treasury management system implementation or optimization experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2> <\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<div> <\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Um9iZXJ0LkRpY2tlcnNvbi42MjE5MC4xMTMwOUBvbGl2ZXJqYW1lc2Fzc29jaWF0ZXMuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Director, Treasury &amp; Liquidity Management Raleigh\/Durham &#8211; Hybrid Partnering with a High-Growth Life &amp; Annuity Insurance Carrier Our client, a rapidly growing and well-capitalized life and annuity insurance organization, is seeking an experienced Treasury Director to join their finance leadership team.
