This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment supporting sophisticated commercial property owners, investors, developers, and real estate operators.<\/p>\n<p>Working alongside experienced brokers and account executives, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle, helping to ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and proactive support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Act as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, responding to service requests and policy-related enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, evidence of coverage, audits, and other servicing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Review policies and endorsements to ensure coverage details are accurate and consistent with client requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Support the placement and renewal of commercial real estate insurance programs by gathering underwriting information, preparing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and insurance markets.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with proposal preparation, renewal presentations, schedules of insurance, and other client-facing documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate client records and policy information within internal systems and carrier portals.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate billing enquiries and assist with premium and invoicing issues when required.<\/li>\n<li>Help manage surplus lines documentation and regulatory requirements for applicable placements.<\/li>\n<li>Track outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met and clients receive timely communication throughout the renewal and servicing process.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong working relationships with colleagues, carrier partners, and clients while delivering a consistently high standard of service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>2+ years of commercial Property &amp; Casualty insurance experience within a brokerage or agency environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience servicing commercial real estate accounts, including property owners, developers, REITs, investors, or real estate management companies, is highly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Active Property &amp; Casualty insurance license.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working with policy management systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized, collaborative, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred, although relevant insurance experience will also be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s on Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and growing team supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate clients. They are looking for a Data, Privacy &amp; AI Governance Specialist to help ensure compliance with data protection laws, governance frameworks, and emerging AI regulations. Working closely with the Data Protection Officer, AI Trust Officer, and Data Governance Specialist, you will support the responsible use of data and AI while helping the business manage risk and meet regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with the Data Protection Officer, AI Trust Officer, and Data Governance teams to align privacy, AI, and data governance initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with <strong>GDPR<\/strong>, the <strong>EU AI Act<\/strong>, and other relevant regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct <strong>privacy, AI governance, and impact assessments<\/strong> for new and existing data and AI initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and enhance governance policies, frameworks, and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Support the review and approval of new data and AI use cases.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, assess, and mitigate privacy, data, and AI-related risks in collaboration with business teams.<\/li>\n<li>Assess data breaches, support regulatory reporting, and maintain records of processing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Promote Privacy and Responsible AI by Design across the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Review third-party relationships and due diligence to ensure compliance with privacy and AI requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Work with cross-functional teams to embed data protection and governance into projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in IT, Law, Business, or a related field (Master&#8217;s degree or certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CDPSE, AIGP, or AIPP are advantageous).<\/li>\n<li>3+ years&#8217;
