As part of continued growth in their US Delegated Authority audit practice, they are seeking a highly experienced <strong>Senior Delegated Authority Auditor<\/strong> to join their team.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\" data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:407;643-1049\">This is a senior, client-facing consulting role &#8211; not an audit management position. You will own the full audit lifecycle from planning and fieldwork through report writing and presenting findings directly to clients, focused on Lloyd&#8217;s Coverholder and Delegated Claims Administrator (DCA\/TPA) audits across the United States and Caribbean, working with leading Lloyd&#8217;s Managing Agents, insurers, and MGAs.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 controls<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\" data-sourcepos=\"31:1-31:72;2055-2126\">Proven experience reviewing US-based delegated authority Policy Administration<\/li>\n<li>25% Product Strategy<\/li>\n<li>25% Shared Services Support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Drive delivery of Policy Administration initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Act as the product point of contact for active projects<\/li>\n<li>Ensure priorities, timelines, and cross-functional teams remain aligned<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to product vision, planning, prioritization, and roadmap development<\/li>\n<li>Partner with QA and shared service teams to improve delivery quality and operational effectiveness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience in the insurance industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked directly with Policy Administration systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading or managing Product Owners or Product Management teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in Agile product delivery, including backlog management and sprint planning.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to execute complex initiatives-not solely roadmap or strategic planning experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience collaborating with offshore development teams, technology partners, vendors, and cross-functional business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of backend insurance systems and business processes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong foundation in Product Ownership best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Policy Administration systems across Life &amp; You will work directly with borrowers, brokers, and internal stakeholders, so this is a client facing seat, not a back office one.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Who we want<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">Someone who has underwritten outside a traditional bank, at a debt fund, bridge lender, or CMBS platform, and is used to evaluating higher LTV, faster moving deals rather than the safest, slowest paper. CMBS exposure is a strong plus. DSCR and fix and flip lending experience is a strong plus. What matters most is that you can own a deal end to end, build the credit memo yourself, and move at the pace private credit requires.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>What this role is not<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">This is not a fit for someone whose underwriting experience is entirely within a bank&#8217;s credit committee process, and it is not a fit for someone used to long close timelines and conservative LTVs. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely submission of regulatory data, including WCPOLS, WCSTAT, NCCI, and state bureau reporting. Backed by an established retail network, a strong panel of carrier partners, and an existing flow of submissions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As one of the first hires into their wholesale underwriting team, you&#8217;ll have the autonomy to build and grow your own specialty portfolio while working closely with senior leadership. ecosystem improvements, aligned to SAP best practice and business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Providing expert guidance on system configuration and functionality<\/li>\n<li>Delivering front-line support &#8211; triaging and resolving incidents for the internal team<\/li>\n<li>Assessing and implementing new release features and upgrades<\/li>\n<li>Supporting Phase 3 rollout for US-based partners<\/li>\n<li>Mentoring junior team members and supporting a global user base<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years&#8217; SAP experience in a senior SAP consulting role, with strong SAP Finance<\/li>\n<li>Proven FI\/MM\/SD experience<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in SAP Procurement, including CIM or an equivalent supplier invoicing solution<\/li>\n<li>Experience with internal\/external reporting and workflows<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of SAP Fit to Standard vs Standard methodology<\/li>\n<li>Solid grounding in Financial Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field<\/li>\n<li>UK-based and eligible to work without sponsorship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SAP Public Cloud implementation experience<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Concur, Multi-Bank
