The team helps the organisation identify, assess, implement and scale technologies and working practices that can improve how services are delivered. It manages a portfolio of emerging technologies across their full lifecycle &#8211; from horizon scanning and opportunity assessment, through experimentation, business cases and implementation, to adoption, optimisation and eventual retirement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;font-family: Calibri;font-size: 11.0pt\">A particular focus is placed on AI enablement, including the adoption and effective use of generative AI, productivity tools and AI-powered applications. The team works closely with operational teams, subject-matter experts, risk and compliance functions, technology teams and senior leadership to ensure that new technologies are introduced effectively, 0;vertical-align: middle\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 11.0pt\">Support the organisation&#8217;s AI enablement programme, including the adoption and effective use of generative AI 11.0pt\">Assist business users in making effective use of existing technology and AI solutions, proactively identifying opportunities where technology can solve problems or improve existing Committed to transforming and making positive impacts in the financial markets, the company is seeking an experienced project manager to drive and manage the strategic initiatives related to securities and derivatives trading, market development, trading platforms and complex infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The key responsibilities for this position are as follows: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior lead in the team to spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives in equities and derivatives trading aimed at improving service capabilities, system performance, and scalability.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong partnerships with regulators, exchanges, industry associations, and mainland and regional counterparts to drive alignment and collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with internal stakeholders across technology, operations, and business functions to ensure seamless implementation of key initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and governance through execution and delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong communication channels with key stakeholders, providing timely updates on project progress, risks, and emerging issues.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery of milestones and key deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of market dynamics, policy developments, and emerging industry trends to support strategic decision-making and future programme design.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, motivate, and mentor a lean team, fostering capability development and high performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Successful applicants will have the following skills and experience: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in STEM, finance or business administration subjects<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 12-15 years relevant strategic project management experience ideally from both Management Consulting firm and in-house in a Financial Institution (Investment Banking, Securities \/ Brokerage, Capital Markets)<\/li>\n<li>Experience as a Project Manager \/ Project Leader in project delivery, transformation and change management focusing on securities trading, capital markets, equities \/ derivatives trading systems and platforms<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in leading \/ executing projects in sizeable, cross-departmental and complex financial institutions<\/li>\n<li>Solid project management, analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strong growth mindset and intellectual curiosity<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in presenting complex ideas and influencing stakeholders, proactive, and effective in building cross-functional relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/YW15LmhvLjcwODc0LjExMzA5QG9saXZlcmphbWVzYXNzb2NpYXRlcy5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Advanced Trading Platform &amp; Infrastructure End-to-end Strategic Projects Exposure Management Consulting Background + In-house Experience Required Our client is a leading international Financial Institution with a strong growth plan in place in Hong Kong. Hybrid working model.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams and programme leadership to understand business needs, define requirements and support the delivery of change across a regulated financial services environment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The role will suit a pragmatic, delivery-focused Business Analyst who is comfortable operating in complex environments, managing multiple stakeholders and translating business requirements into clear, actionable outcomes for technology and delivery teams.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Elicit, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, Architects, Testers and SMEs throughout the delivery lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Map and analyse current-state and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Identify business impacts, dependencies, risks and potential delivery issues.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions, ensuring clear outcomes and agreed actions.<\/li>\n<li>Support prioritisation of requirements and maintain a clear requirements backlog.<\/li>\n<li>Produce high-quality BA artefacts including process maps, requirements specifications, user stories, business process documentation and acceptance criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Support solution design by ensuring proposed changes meet business requirements and regulatory obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Work with testing teams to support test planning, scenario definition, UAT and defect resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Support implementation, transition and change activities where required.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate governance, traceability and documentation are maintained throughout delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Operate effectively within a regulated environment, ensuring relevant policies, controls and regulatory considerations are understood and reflected in requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Essential Experience &amp; Skills<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within financial services<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience delivering business or technology change within complex organisations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.<\/li>\n<li>Experience producing process maps and analysing current\/future-state processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the end-to-end change\/delivery lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to challenge requirements constructively and identify gaps, risks and dependencies.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of BA deliverables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Desirable Experience<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Experience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Banking, insurance, wealth management, payments or capital markets.<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory or compliance change.<\/li>\n<li>Risk, controls or governance.<\/li>\n<li>Digital transformation.<\/li>\n<li>Financial crime.<\/li>\n<li>Operational resilience.<\/li>\n<li>Core banking or financial services platforms.<\/li>\n<li>API\/system integration and technology-enabled change.<\/li>\n<li>Business process improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/VGltLkNvb2tlLjE4NzgzLjExMzA5QG9saXZlcmphbWVzYXNzb2NpYXRlcy5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Business Analyst &#8211; Financial Services Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a large financial services organisation on an initial 6-month contract with view to extend. is fluent in both <strong>French and Dutch<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<h3>What will you do?<\/h3>\n<p>As a <strong>KYC \/ AML Consultant<\/strong>, you will be responsible for reviewing and analysing customer files while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n<p> Your responsibilities will include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performing <strong>KYC\/CDD reviews<\/strong> for individual and\/or corporate clients<\/li>\n<li>Conducting <strong>AML, sanctions, PEP and adverse media screenings<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Analysing customer information and identifying potential compliance risks<\/li>\n<li>Performing <strong>risk assessments<\/strong> and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) when required<\/li>\n<li>Collecting, reviewing and validating KYC documentation<\/li>\n<li>Investigating inconsistencies or unusual elements within customer files<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring KYC records are complete, accurate and up to date<\/li>\n<li>Escalating complex or higher-risk cases when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with internal stakeholders and, when required, directly with clients<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable AML\/KYC regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who are we looking for?<\/h3>\n<p>You could be our next <strong>KYC \/ AML Consultant<\/strong> if you: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have previous professional experience in <strong>KYC, AML, CDD or Financial Crime Compliance<\/strong><em> (min. 1 year of experience)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Have experience within the <strong>banking or financial services industry<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Are <strong>fluent in French and Dutch<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Have strong analytical and investigative skills<\/li>\n<li>Are detail-oriented and comfortable working with complex customer files<\/li>\n<li>Can prioritise your workload and work independently<\/li>\n<li>Are also a strong team player with good communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What&#8217;s in it for standards, and risk management priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Design, implement, and continuously enhance a comprehensive operational resilience framework that integrates business continuity, crisis management, technology resilience, cyber resilience, and third-party risk management.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain a clear understanding of critical business services, operational processes, and key dependencies, including people, technology, data, facilities, and external providers.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee resilience testing, scenario analysis, and recovery exercises to evaluate the organization&#8217;s ability to withstand and recover from significant disruption events.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership during major incidents and crisis situations, ensuring effective decision-making, stakeholder communication, service recovery, and post-incident review.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong relationships with regulators and ensure compliance with relevant operational risk, technology risk and resilience requirements across multiple jurisdictions.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with senior leaders across business, operations, technology, legal, compliance, finance, and human to developing &amp; progressing their people, this ones for you.<\/p>\n<p> Whether you&#8217;re an External Auditor, with strong Financial Statement experience, or a current Deals\/FDD\/TAS professional who is a Databook whiz, this firm should be on your radar. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred &#8211; will accept those who are in process<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals\/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4\/Top 10 preferred )<\/li>\n<li>Experience with large, Public filers (Audit\/Assurance) &amp; High Value Transactions (Deals\/FDD)<\/li>\n<li>High degree of professionalism required- including the ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Self starter, who can thrive as an Individual Contributor, or in a team-based environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB &amp; SEC\/ASC rules and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing technological environments (AI, RPA etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
