business journeys.<\/li>\n<li>Mapping and improving business processes, workflows, and operating models.<\/li>\n<li>Connecting business, product, and technology stakeholders to ensure initiatives remain aligned to the wider vision.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating workshops and design sessions to bring stakeholders together, identify trade-offs, and drive decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Assessing proposed changes to processes, systems, and experiences against the desired future state.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying gaps, dependencies, and opportunities across business processes, applications, data, and technology.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting wider transformation and digital initiatives through business architecture expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Creating clear journey maps, process models, and other documentation to support decision-making and ongoing change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>7+ years&#8217; experience in Business Architecture, Customer Experience, Enterprise Process Improvement or a related area.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with journey mapping, process modelling, customer experience, operating models, or business architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to facilitate discussions and influence stakeholders across different business and technology functions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in Agile environments, with SAFe or similar frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable influencing and driving decisions without formal authority.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting enterprise transformation, digital initiatives, or strategic change.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of how business processes, applications, data, and technology work together.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with senior stakeholders and technical architects.<\/li>\n<li>Insurance experience is preferred, along with knowledge of business architecture Sitting at the intersection of Finance, Data and Technology, you will take ownership of translating complex Finance priorities into clear, structured and delivery-ready requirements. This is a high-visibility role suited to someone who combines strong Business Analysis capability with a Product Owner mindset and can independently drive change from initial requirements and business design through to delivery and testing.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Lead requirements gathering, definition and documentation across a portfolio of Finance transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Act as the key bridge between Finance, Data, Technology, external vendors and delivery teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Translate complex Finance requirements into clear, sequenced and actionable change requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Own business design and review solution design documentation, ensuring proposed solutions meet Finance requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Take ownership of UAT planning and execution, maintaining clear traceability between requirements and testing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Improve delivery quality by ensuring requirements are complete, validated and signed off before development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Work closely with senior Finance stakeholders while reducing reliance on SMEs for day-to-day delivery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Help improve and modernise the approach to Finance change within a predominantly waterfall environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Experience Required<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Strong Senior Business Analyst experience within Finance Transformation &#8211; this is not suited to a generic BA without significant Finance experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong understanding of Finance processes, data flows and reporting, ideally across Financial Control, FP&amp;A and\/or Treasury.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience operating with a Product Owner mindset, taking genuine ownership of change rather than solely documenting requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong process and data-flow mapping skills, with the ability to visualise end-to-end processes and system interactions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working across Finance, Data and Technology teams and managing relationships with third-party vendors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge, influence and align senior stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience owning UAT and testing activity through to completion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Particularly Relevant Experience<\/h2>\n<p>The upcoming roadmap includes a significant General Ledger transformation, making previous GL implementation or transformation experience highly desirable. Experience improving month-end close processes would also be particularly relevant.<\/p>\n<p>Experience in any of the following would also be valuable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Finance Data &amp; Reporting transformation, including working closely with BI\/Data teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Treasury transformation or Treasury Management System implementations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Workday or Oracle Finance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tableau or wider BI\/reporting environments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Finance automation or AI use cases.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership across a significant Finance change roadmap, with exposure to senior Finance stakeholders and major programmes spanning General Ledger, Finance Data &amp; Reporting and Treasury. firm backed by private equity, with a market-leading Transaction Services team led by former Big Four professionals. They are seeking ambitious Senior Associates and Assistant Managers to support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across a diverse client base, including private equity, corporate and financial institutions. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Audit or Advisory who are looking to develop their careers in deals.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support financial due diligence engagements on buy-side and sell-side transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse financial performance, working capital and key deal risks.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare due diligence reports and client presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with clients, management teams and other advisers throughout the transaction process.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver financial analysis to support investment decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with business development initiatives and contribute to client relationship management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Profile<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ACA\/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) (newly qualified in 2026 welcomed)<\/li>\n<li>3-5+ years&#8217; experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Audit, Corporate Finance or a related advisory role.<\/li>\n<li>Big 4 experience is beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>Previous FDD experience is beneficial but not essential.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Commercial mindset with an interest in M&amp;A and deal advisory.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/VnkuRG9hbi40Mjc3MC4xMTMwOUBvbGl2ZXJqYW1lc2Fzc29jaWF0ZXMuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Contract type: Permanent Location: Dublin City Centre, Ireland Working model: Semi-hybrid (3 days onsite\/ week) About the Role Our client is a fast-growing international advisory firm backed by private equity, with a market-leading Transaction Services team led by former Big Four professionals.
