Candidates without hands-on experience managing or supporting an LMS implementation will not be considered. Experience with Docebo is highly preferred.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll work alongside a dedicated IT Project Manager and LMS vendor to bring the business, technical, and vendor plans together into one coordinated program.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building and managing comprehensive project plans using MS Project or similar planning tools.<\/li>\n<li>Integrating business, technical, and vendor plans into an overall program plan.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating business stakeholders, IT teams, and the LMS vendor across milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively driving resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking actions and holding stakeholders accountable for commitments.<\/li>\n<li>Translating complex project or technical information into clear updates for business audiences and leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the project proactively, thinking ahead, and maintaining focus on the broader implementation roadmap.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for a Business Project Manager with proven LMS implementation experience who can operate independently and confidently manage stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable challenging stakeholders when necessary while maintaining strong relationships.
