In this role you will partner with the Investment team and wider Finance department. <\/p>\n<p>This role is perfect for an actuary who is looking for an exciting role at the forefront of the investment strategy of the business. You will need to build relationships across the business and your analysis\/feedback will be visible at c-suite level.  <\/p>\n<p>You will be given autonomy to follow your curiosity to work out how and why investment plans will impact the business. The Matching Adjustment attestation is a key element of this role, so previous knowledge of MA would be very advantageous. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> London, 3 days per week in the office<\/p>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong>: Up to \u00a3100,000 base (dependant on experience) + 25% bonus <\/p>\n<p><strong>Example responsibilities: <\/strong> (full job specification available on application): <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct Assessment of Matching Adjustment eligibility <\/li>\n<li>Ensure new asset risks are understood<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports for different internal audiences to showcase analysis and recommendations <\/li>\n<li>Support wider topics such ALM transfers, review of Hedge effectiveness and analysis of liquidity metrics. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified Actuary (nearly qualified can be considered with direct relevant experience). The role will oversee closed-end funds investing across technology, blockchain, Web3 and digital assets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Detailed Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead fund accounting, financial reporting and client relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee capital calls, distributions, allocations, carried interest, waterfalls and IRRs.<\/li>\n<li>Account for equity investments, tokens, SAFTs, warrants and SPVs.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with auditors, tax advisers, legal counsel and digital asset custodians.<\/li>\n<li>Support new fund launches and provide technical oversight to the fund accounting team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; snijvlak van procesvernieuwing, data, governance en AI. De opdracht is resultaatgericht: je bepaalt grotendeels zelfstandig de aanpak en zorgt dat nieuwe processen niet alleen worden ontworpen, maar ook daadwerkelijk worden ge\u00efmplementeerd en gebruikt.<\/p>\n<h3>Wat ga je doen?<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Twee lopende <strong>Business Process Redesign-trajecten<\/strong> succesvol afronden;<\/li>\n<li>Data en <strong>data governance<\/strong> rondom de vernieuwde processen op orde brengen;<\/li>\n<li>Nieuwe processen vaststellen, modelleren en documenteren;<\/li>\n<li>Scope, planning en voortgang afstemmen met belangrijke stakeholders en stuurgroepen;<\/li>\n<li>Samen met IT een <strong>AI-agent<\/strong> verder ontwikkelen, implementeren en succesvol laten landen in het proces;<\/li>\n<li>Twee interne collega&#8217;s coachen en jouw BPR-kennis actief overdragen;<\/li>\n<li>Bestaande BPR-methodieken en hulpmiddelen verder aanscherpen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Het uiteindelijke doel: twee succesvolle procestransformaties \u00e9n een intern team dat daarna zelfstandig nieuwe BPR-projecten kan uitvoeren.<\/p>\n<h2>Wie zoeken we?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Je bent een ervaren BPR-professional die complexe processen snel doorgrondt en tegelijkertijd de executiekracht heeft om veranderingen daadwerkelijk te realiseren.<\/p>\n<h3>Je beschikt over:<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau;<\/li>\n<li>Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Business Process Redesign;<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met procesanalyse, procesmodellering en procesverbetering;<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met digitalisering binnen processen, bijvoorbeeld Agentic AI of AI-agents;<\/li>\n<li>Kennis van BPR-raamwerken en methodieken;<\/li>\n<li>Sterke vaardigheden in project- en stakeholdermanagement;<\/li>\n<li>Het vermogen om kennis over te dragen en mensen mee te krijgen in verandering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Waarom interessant?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Dit is geen opdracht waarin je alleen processen op papier uittekent.
