As Team Lead Financial Control, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong controls, efficient finance operations and compliance with statutory, tax and audit requirements.<\/p>\n<p>You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and providing clear financial insight for decision-making. A key part of the role is to further develop and embed the recently implemented accounting system: you will identify improvement opportunities, implement best-practice finance processes, and drive greater efficiency, automation and control throughout the finance function.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will also be responsible for the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>owning the monthly, quarterly and annual closing process, and the financial reporting for the CEO and leadership team<\/li>\n<li>maintaining internal controls, finance policies and documentation<\/li>\n<li>ensuring compliance with accounting, statutory and tax requirements<\/li>\n<li>leading audit preparation and managing auditors and external advisors<\/li>\n<li>overseeing AP, AR, invoicing, collections, supplier payments and cash flow<\/li>\n<li>coordinating budgeting, forecasting and financial risk\/opportunity tracking<\/li>\n<li>further developing the new accounting system and its Salesforce-connected tools within the finance processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You are a strong, hands-on finance professional who values structure but is also not afraid to improve on it. Remote"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<h2>FP&amp;A Manager<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Remote | Specialty Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We are partnered with a growing speciality insurance business seeking an <strong>FP&amp;A Manager<\/strong> to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This is a highly visible role partnering with <strong>Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Distribution, and senior leadership<\/strong> to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insight.<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Lead annual budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>Provide financial analysis across insurance operations and business performance.<\/li>\n<li>Own monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and financial insights.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with senior leadership on strategic and ad hoc analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Support monthly close and financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Work cross-functionally across U.S. and international Finance teams.<\/li>\n<li>Improve FP&amp;A processes, reporting, controls, and automation.<\/li>\n<li>Support planning system implementation and the use of AI and digital tools to improve Finance processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>5-7+ years of FP&amp;A or financial analysis experience.<\/li>\n<li>2+ years in a Manager or Lead-level capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience presenting financial results to senior leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Insurance, speciality insurance, or reinsurance industry experience is mandatory.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please note that given the amount of applications only candidates with the above mentioned skill sets can be considered further.
