You&#8217;ll have genuine scope to improve processes, controls, systems and team utilization<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transformation focus:<\/strong> The organization is actively focused on efficiency, including opportunities to assess automation, AI and other technology solutions<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strong team:<\/strong> You&#8217;ll work alongside an established international accounting function and a capable offshore team<\/li>\n<li><strong>Career development:<\/strong> Broad cross-functional exposure and plenty of opportunity to build your internal network and progress into other areas of the organization<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hybrid flexibility:<\/strong> Just <strong>2 days per week in the Atlanta office<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>What they&#8217;re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active <strong>CPA<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Public accounting experience, ideally Big 4 \/ Top 10<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong US GAAP knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Experience across financial reporting, consolidations or corporate accounting<\/li>\n<li>Public company and\/or multinational experience<\/li>\n<li>Previous management or supervisory experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving ability<\/li>\n<li>Someone who can communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and geographies<\/li>\n<li>A process-improvement mindset and willingness to challenge how things are currently done<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> You <strong>do not need to be a pure consolidations specialist<\/strong>. Candidates coming from public accounting with strong technical accounting, financial reporting or corporate accounting experience are encouraged to apply. The current UAT approach is relatively immature, with limited structure and rigour in place, so we need someone who can walk into an ambiguous environment, work out what needs to be established, and put a clear, practical UAT strategy and governance framework in place &#8211; then own it end-to-end, from scoping and test-case development through to execution, defect management, risk assessment, and business acceptance.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll work closely with business process owners, SMEs, Product, Technology, and QA to make sure the right scenarios are being tested and that UAT provides meaningful validation of the solution, not just a box-ticking exercise.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scoping UAT &#8211; defining testing boundaries, identifying the critical business processes to test, and determining the scenarios and test cases needed to validate the solution end-to-end.<\/li>\n<li>Developing, reviewing, and managing test cases, and coordinating business testers to ensure they&#8217;re prepared for UAT.<\/li>\n<li>Leading functional and regression testing, risk-based testing, and quality assessment.<\/li>\n<li>Owning defect management and triage, including test evidence, documentation, and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating test data preparation and ensuring test environments and dependencies are ready.<\/li>\n<li>Onboarding business testers to testing processes and tools, including the planned rollout of SpyraTest.<\/li>\n<li>Assessing overall UAT quality and release readiness &#8211; weighing test coverage, results, outstanding defects, and business risk &#8211; and providing clear recommendations to programme and technology leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We&#8217;re looking for a strong, hands-on UAT lead who can take genuine ownership of the testing approach rather than simply overseeing it &#8211; this is not a governance-only position.<\/li>\n<li>You should have strong experience leading UAT across complex technology implementations or transformation programmes, with a solid understanding of the underlying business processes rather than a purely technical testing lens.<\/li>\n<li>FINEOS experience would be a significant advantage, with ClaimVantage also relevant. Experience with ADO and\/or JIRA is expected.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll need strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge assumptions around scope, coverage, readiness, and risk &#8211; influencing business testers, Product, Technology, and QA without direct authority over them.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable operating in an environment where structure is still being established, while being highly organised enough to build that structure yourself.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why this role is different:<\/strong><br \/> You&#8217;re not being handed a pre-built UAT process &#8211; you&#8217;re building it. organisation is looking for someone who can combine <strong>deep technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills<\/strong> &#8211; someone who can challenge experienced architects and developers, but also confidently defend architectural decisions at Board and business level.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Your role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As Lead Solution Architect, you will:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Act as the <strong>technical reference point for the architecture team<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Take the lead on complex architectural decisions and defend them towards the Architecture Board and business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Define, evolve and enforce architectural principles, standards and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Challenge architectural choices made across multiple projects and Scrum teams.<\/li>\n<li>Support Solution Architects in solving complex technical and architectural problems.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to the organisation&#8217;s technology roadmap.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with development teams and remain technically credible with senior developers and technical leads.<\/li>\n<li>Review technical designs and, where relevant, participate in code reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Guide teams through technology choices, integration patterns, security considerations and architectural trade-offs.<\/li>\n<li>Provide architectural leadership across a combination of <strong>legacy modernisation and new technology initiatives<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a natural leader within the architecture community, without direct people-management responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Your background<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">We&#8217;re looking for a <strong>very senior Solution Architect<\/strong> with a strong technical foundation and the maturity to operate at both technical and strategic level.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">You ideally bring:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Significant experience in <strong>Solution Architecture \/ Software Architecture<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>A strong technical background in <strong>Java<\/strong>, ideally within large and complex environments.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of <strong>Angular \/ modern application architectures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of application integration and security.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with both <strong>legacy environments and modern architectures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in large-scale, multi-project organisations.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to challenge technical decisions and communicate complex subjects clearly.<\/li>\n<li>Experience interacting with senior management, architecture boards or business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>The credibility to work directly with experienced developers, technical leads and other architects.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and influencing skills, without necessarily having formal management responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English communication skills. French or Dutch is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">The person<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The ideal candidate is someone who is already considered a <strong>technical reference by the people around them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">You don&#8217;t necessarily need to be the person with the biggest title in the room. As the business accelerates its presence in the Wealth Management space, it is seeking a strategic professional to shape Wealth Management growth, enhance market performance, oversee cross-border initiatives, and support international expansion in key growth markets. <\/p>\n<p>The key responsibilities for this position are as follows: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take lead as an individual contributor within a team of seasoned Strategy &amp;
