You will lead the build-out of the target operating model, creating scalable infrastructure, processes and controls to support continued growth.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Our client is ideally seeking a CPA qualified professional with 12+ years of accounting experience and significant exposure to secondaries or fund of funds; our client is offering a competitive compensation package, a high-visibility senior role, a clear route for progression and much more!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Manage the accounting, operations and financial reporting for products across the secondaries strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Advance the target operating model and build scalable infrastructure, processes and controls to support product and AUM growth.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee data governance across vendors, third-party administrators and portfolio monitoring systems.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse and review budgets across multiple fund entities, improving liquidity modelling and projections.<\/li>\n<li>Support planning and infrastructure for new products, including RFPs, and manage client requests during fundraising campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the Deal Team, Client Teams, Corporate, Operations, Marketing, Tax, Legal and Technology.<\/li>\n<li>Coach and review junior team members.<\/li>\n<li>Lead ad hoc strategic and operational projects for senior leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>CPA preferred; 12+ years of public and\/or private accounting experience.<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience in the PE secondaries or fund of funds industry, with a strong understanding of secondary fund structures, operations and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Strong US GAAP technical accounting expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Strong orientation towards technology, automation and continuous improvement, including AI adoption.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills; experience with AI tools, Alteryx, Anaplan or Power BI is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Total cash compensation between $450,000 and $550,000<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working<\/li>\n<li>Excellent benefits package<\/li>\n<li>A clear route for progression<\/li>\n<li>Much more!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">If you are interested in exploring this opportunity further, please send a copy of your resume to sam.smyth@oliverjames.com<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/U2FtLlNteXRoLjM3Mzc0LjExMzA5QG9saXZlcmphbWVzYXNzb2NpYXRlcy5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oliver James have recently partnered with a global alternative asset manager as they seek to hire a Senior Vice President to join their fast-growing Private Equity Secondaries business. In deze functie combineer je financi\u00eble administratie met leverancierscontact, probleemoplossing en procesverbetering.<\/p>\n<h2>De functie<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Je komt terecht binnen een grote financi\u00eble afdeling die verantwoordelijk is voor de crediteurenadministratie van meerdere Nederlandse entiteiten.
