You&#8217;ll sit within the shared services product area, reporting to the VP of Product Management, with the COO and CMO as executive sponsors. You&#8217;ll own delivery of a major platform upgrade and the redesign of the pages used by financial professionals, working with an external implementation vendor and stakeholders across multiple business divisions. The target go-live is April.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential requirements (all are must-haves):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Program management:<\/strong> a proven record of taking complex, multi-stakeholder technology programs from planning through go-live.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Product background:<\/strong> experience working in or alongside product teams, with the ability to understand user needs, shape requirements, and weigh scope against value.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Execution focus:<\/strong> a bias for action, with a track record of hitting dates, clearing blockers, and keeping the team on the milestones that matter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vendor management:<\/strong> experience managing an external delivery partner, including pushing for detailed, realistic plans and holding the vendor accountable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stakeholder management:<\/strong> confident working with senior leaders and executive sponsors, and able to coordinate feedback across multiple divisions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scope control:<\/strong> experience assessing and prioritizing change requests and escalating trade-off decisions to the right level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Standout experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with web content management or digital experience platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Experience running UX or design review cycles across multiple business units.<\/li>\n<li>Insurance or financial services experience, particularly work involving distribution partners, advisors, or agents.<\/li>\n<li>Experience integrating third-party platforms and APIs, or using automation and AI tools to improve how programs run.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Program Manager who has also worked in product, and who can bridge the business, design, and technology sides of a delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Someone who brings structure to ambiguity, builds clear plans and critical paths, and organizes feedback windows across busy stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>A strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders, set clear expectations, and make sound calls when priorities compete.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable joining a program in flight and earning trust with the team and leadership quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US. You will also support clients during live cyber incidents, coordinating response activities and working alongside technical specialists to contain threats and minimise business disruption.<\/p>\n<p>At Senior Manager \/ Associate Director level, this is also a significant leadership and commercial role. You will turn that understanding into better pricing, better deals and better decisions.<\/p>\n<p>You will be the key finance business partner to the Sales team, working alongside them on pricing, partnerships and performance, while sitting within Finance so you can give independent, evidence-based challenge. The role suits someone who enjoys building things: you will shape the models, reporting and disciplines, not just run them.<\/p>\n<h2>Role and Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertake financial planning and analysis within the Finance department.<\/li>\n<li>Provide finance business partnering support.<\/li>\n<li>Revenue and profitability &#8211; Build and own profitability reporting by product, customer (agent group and branch), channel and brand, with a consistent, agreed approach to allocating direct and shared costs.<\/li>\n<li>Pricing and margin &#8211; Own the pricing models for the Group&#8217;s referencing, insurance and guarantor products, and assess proposed price changes before and after they are made, including the effect on volumes, conversion and customer retention.<\/li>\n<li>Data, MI and team &#8211; Help define the commercial data and reporting requirements for the Group&#8217;s new operating platform, and improve data quality and consistency across systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Key Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA), or part-qualified at an advanced stage with equivalent commercial finance experience.<\/li>\n<li>At least three years in commercial finance, FP&amp;A or business partnering, ideally in a multi-product, high-volume B2B or B2B2C business.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience of pricing analysis and of customer and product profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, and experience of BI tools such as Power BI.<\/li>\n<li>Confidence to challenge sales and senior colleagues constructively, and to explain financial insight clearly to non-finance audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working with imperfect data, and practical about improving it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/SmFtaWUuRG91ZGllLjIyMTQxLjExMzA5QG9saXZlcmphbWVzYXNzb2NpYXRlcy5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Commercial Finance Manager Purpose of the role As Commercial Finance Manager you will be the Group&#8217;s lead on where it makes money, and where it doesn&#8217;t, by product, customer and channel. The ideal candidate will possess both strong technical tax knowledge and the ability to independently manage projects, interact with business partners, and take ownership of key deliverables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-8+ years of corporate tax experience, preferably with a Big 4 accounting firm, national tax practice, insurance company, or large financial services organization.<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in corporate federal income taxation, ASC 740 tax accounting, tax compliance, and quarterly and annual tax provision processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience researching and documenting technical tax positions and communicating conclusions to management.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage projects, coordinate with external advisors, and balance multiple deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of an organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Highly Preferred Insurance Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct experience with life insurance company taxation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience preparing or reviewing insurance company tax provisions and deferred tax analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with statutory accounting principles, including SSAP 101 deferred tax accounting and statutory reporting requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of insurance-specific tax concepts, including tax reserves, life\/non-life consolidated return rules, DAC tax considerations, and insurance company filing requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Experience evaluating reserve changes and their impact on current and deferred taxes.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with statutory financial reporting and insurance regulatory environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/TWF4LkNvdXJ0bmFnZS45ODQxNi4xMTMwOUBvbGl2ZXJqYW1lc2Fzc29jaWF0ZXMuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Senior Tax Associate &#8211; Fully remote &#8211; $50 &#8211; $70 per hour &#8211; 6 month contract I&#8217;m looking for an experienced tax professional at the Senior Associate level who can quickly contribute in a complex insurance company environment. 3 days on-site, 2 days remote<\/p>\n<h2>About the Role<\/h2>\n<p>We are looking for a Senior Application Engineer with experience in BIM\/CDE environments to join a large enterprise organisation in the Zurich area.<\/p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of digital solutions, support technical initiatives and collaborate with a range of business and technology stakeholders.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Manage and continuously improve business applications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contribute to technical projects and the development of digital solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with external partners and technology providers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support application performance, system integration and the effective use of technology.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contribute to technical documentation and continuous process improvement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Your Profile<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Several years of experience in BIM, CDE, GIS, CAFM or Application Engineering.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Practical experience with at least one CDE platform.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Knowledge of BIM authoring software, CAD tools and system integrations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Interested?<\/h2>\n<p>If you are interested in exploring this opportunity, please submit your latest CV.
