with a focus on reinsurance pricing, structuring and implementation.<\/p>\n<p>The role will involve working closely with senior actuarial, BPA pricing and reporting stakeholders to develop and deliver reinsurance solutions that support effective capital and risk management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>Lead reinsurance pricing activities, engaging with reinsurers and negotiating commercial and technical terms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external reinsurance counterparties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Work with the Chief Actuary, BPA Pricing team and Head of Reporting to design and implement capital-efficient solutions covering longevity, lapse and mortality risks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Oversee the implementation and ongoing operation of reinsurance treaties, including collateral arrangements, administration and reporting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the actuarial and pricing teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure compliance with relevant FCA and PRA regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience and qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>Qualified Actuary.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience within an actuarial, pricing or reporting function at a UK life insurer, or within a reinsurer&#8217;s pricing or administration team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong understanding of reinsurance pricing, treaty structures and administration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Knowledge of UK Defined Benefit pensions and longevity risk transfer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Practical experience of longevity swaps and flow reinsurance treaties, including operational and collateral arrangements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical BPA &amp; Longevity<\/h1>\n<p><strong>London | Permanent | Qualified Actuary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oliver James are <strong>exclusively representing<\/strong> a leading UK insurer on a Reinsurance Actuary opportunity within its growing BPA team.<\/p>\n<p>This is a transaction-focused role for a Qualified Actuary with longevity pricing experience who wants exposure to the full reinsurance lifecycle &#8211; from analysis and pricing through to structuring, negotiation and execution.<\/p>\n<h3>The Opportunity<\/h3>\n<p>You&#8217;ll work across a broad range of BPA reinsurance activity, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Pension Risk Transfer (PRT)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Longevity swaps<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Funded reinsurance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Back-book transactions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Longevity pricing and experience analysis<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The role is technically focused, with a commercial element. develop their expertise across capital modelling, internal model calibration, assumption setting and experience analysis.<\/p>\n<p>You will contribute to core risk and capital activities, undertaking detailed actuarial analysis and supporting projects that influence the business&#8217;s capital position, risk assessment and product development. Als GL Accountant ben jij de stabiele factor in het accountingteam van een internationale organisatie. Jij zorgt dat de basis staat: een kloppend grootboek, sluitende reconciliaties en een correcte BTW-administratie.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>het voeren en bewaken van het grootboek<\/li>\n<li>het uitvoeren van balansreconciliaties en consolidaties van meerdere entiteiten<\/li>\n<li>het verzorgen van de BTW-administratie en -aangiftes<\/li>\n<li>revenue recognition<\/li>\n<li>het ondersteunen van de Financial Controller bij de audit en de jaarrekening<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Wat je meebrengt<\/strong><br \/> Je vindt het oprecht leuk om met cijfers bezig te zijn. HNW Distribution"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>The Role<\/h2>\n<p>You will act as a key distribution lead, building strong relationships with international brokers, private banks, insurance specialists, relationship managers and other wealth-distribution partners.<\/p>\n<p> This is a highly commercial and market-facing role covering distributor engagement, partnership activation, pipeline development and the execution of complex HNW insurance opportunities.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive HNW business growth across assigned distribution channels and markets<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong relationships with international brokers, private banks, family offices, wealth advisers and other distribution partners<\/li>\n<li>Identify new opportunities and build a sustainable commercial pipeline<\/li>\n<li>Support the onboarding and activation of new distribution partners<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate training, operational readiness and initial case execution<\/li>\n<li>Provide distributors with guidance on HNW propositions, processes and business-related enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Deliver product and proposition training to strengthen distributor capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Develop distributor engagement strategies, campaigns and marketing initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Gather market intelligence, competitor insights and distributor feedback to support business planning<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Case Management, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, Operations and Product teams to facilitate complex case execution<\/li>\n<li>Resolve commercial, operational and servicing issues affecting distributors or clients<\/li>\n<li>Manage and guide junior distribution team members where applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent professional qualification<\/li>\n<li>More than 10 years of relevant experience in insurance distribution, wealth management or HNW business development<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience supporting HNW or UHNW insurance solutions<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of trust arrangements, premium financing, wealth transfer and succession-planning solutions<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of the HNW distribution ecosystem, including international brokers, private banks, family offices and wealth advisers<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in managing distributor relationships and driving sales growth<\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating complex cases across Underwriting, Operations, Compliance and Product teams<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of HNW market trends and competitor propositions<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Established relationships within the international broker or private-banking market would be highly advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving international environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Why Consider This Opportunity?<\/h2>\n<p>This is an opportunity to join a growing international HNW platform and play a visible role in expanding its broker and bancassurance distribution network. Paris"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Analyste Performance Technique &#8211; Paris <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Notre client, acteur reconnu du secteur de l&#8217;assurance-vie et de la retraite, recherche un <strong>Analyste Performance Technique <\/strong>afin d&#8217;accompagner sa croissance et de renforcer ses \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;entreprise offre un environnement de travail stimulant, collaboratif et dynamique, avec de r\u00e9elles perspectives d&#8217;\u00e9volution et une attention particuli\u00e8re port\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vos missions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au sein d&#8217;une \u00e9quipe de 6 personnes, vous contribuez au pilotage de la performance \u00e9conomique de l&#8217;entreprise et \u00e0 l&#8217;analyse de ses r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p>Vos principales responsabilit\u00e9s seront les suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produire et analyser les r\u00e9sultats de la compagnie et de ses filiales, identifier les \u00e9volutions et expliquer les \u00e9carts entre r\u00e9alis\u00e9, budget et historique.<\/li>\n<li>Participer aux arr\u00eat\u00e9s comptables en normes sociales et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration des supports destin\u00e9s aux instances de gouvernance.<\/li>\n<li>Analyser les plans de commissionnement et leurs impacts sur le r\u00e9sultat.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9aliser et fiabiliser les travaux de d\u00e9versements analytiques et analyser les marges.<\/li>\n<li>Participer \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9laboration et \u00e0 la consolidation du Business Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Contribuer aux projets transverses, \u00e0 l&#8217;automatisation des analyses et \u00e0 l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration continue des outils de pilotage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous travaillerez en \u00e9troite collaboration avec diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9quipes, notamment les fonctions actuarielles et comptables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Votre profil<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9(e) d&#8217;un Master en audit, gestion, finance ou d&#8217;une formation en actuariat.<\/li>\n<li>Vous justifiez d&#8217;une premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9ussie en contr\u00f4le de gestion technique, actuariat, pilotage de la performance ou audit comptable.<\/li>\n<li>Vous poss\u00e9dez de solides connaissances des sch\u00e9mas comptables en assurance et de son environnement r\u00e9glementaire.<\/li>\n<li>La connaissance de Solvabilit\u00e9 II constitue un atout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous \u00eates reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d&#8217;analyse, votre rigueur, votre curiosit\u00e9 intellectuelle et votre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 challenger les donn\u00e9es.
