Niet zomaar experimenteren, maar juist zorgen dat AI mensen ondersteunt, regels volgt en past binnen publieke waarden.<\/p>\n<p>Als Product Owner zorg jij dat teams weten binnen welke kaders AI gebruikt mag worden. Je helpt mee om processen, afspraken en controles op te zetten, zodat nieuwe AI-oplossingen goed beoordeeld, geregistreerd en beheerd worden. Daarbij staat de mens altijd centraal.<\/p>\n<h2>Wat ga je doen?<\/h2>\n<p>Als Product Owner ben jij de schakel tussen strategie, beleid en uitvoering. Je zorgt dat regels en richtlijnen rondom AI worden vertaald naar werkbare processen voor teams in de praktijk.<\/p>\n<p>Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>het ontwikkelen en beheren van het AI-intakeproces<\/li>\n<li>het opzetten en verbeteren van het AI-portfolioproces<\/li>\n<li>het bijhouden van het AI-register<\/li>\n<li>het uitwerken van toetsingskaders voor het verantwoord inzetten van AI<\/li>\n<li>het afstemmen met collega&#8217;s van juridische zaken, privacy, security en governance<\/li>\n<li>het ondersteunen van teams bij het toepassen van de afgesproken kaders<\/li>\n<li>het samenwerken met strategische stakeholders die de koers bepalen rondom AI<\/li>\n<li>het begeleiden van teams naar steeds meer zelfstandigheid in verantwoord werken met AI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Waar kom je terecht?<\/h2>\n<p>Je werkt in een AI-omgeving waar verantwoord gebruik van technologie centraal staat. Samen met collega&#8217;s bouw je aan een organisatiebrede aanpak voor AI: van eerste idee tot beheer. Denk aan duidelijke routes, registraties, controles en transparantie over hoe AI wordt ingezet.<\/p>\n<p>Je werkt in een multidisciplinair Scrumteam en schakelt veel met andere Product Owners, Scrummasters en specialisten op het gebied van ethiek, compliance, privacy en informatiebeveiliging. Je hoeft niet alleen inhoudelijk sterk te zijn, maar ook goed te kunnen schakelen met verschillende mensen en belangen. Deze rol vraagt om structuur, overzicht en gevoel voor bestuurlijke en maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid.<\/p>\n<h3>Eisen<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Je hebt minimaal hbo werk en denkniveau<\/li>\n<li>Je hebt ruime kennis van wet en regelgeving rondom AI, privacy en digitale veiligheid, zoals de AI Act, AVG en BIO<\/li>\n<li>Je weet hoe je Agile, Scrum en SAFe goed toepast in de praktijk<\/li>\n<li>Je hebt ervaring in een sterk gereguleerde omgeving, zoals overheid, zorg of financi\u00eble dienstverlening<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Wensen<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Je begrijpt de ethische, juridische en privacyvraagstukken rondom AI<\/li>\n<li>Je hebt kennis van AI-governance standaarden zoals ISO\/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF en ALTAI<\/li>\n<li>Je werkt coachend, verbindend en communiceert helder<\/li>\n<li>Je hebt affiniteit met maatschappelijke impact, publieke waarde en verandering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wat krijg je ervoor terug?<\/h2>\n<p>Je krijgt een rol waarin je echt impact maakt. Assets management. Je combineert commerci\u00eble slagkracht, relatiebeheer en talentidentificatie in een functie waarin tempo, resultaat en netwerkopbouw centraal staan.
