finance team to prepare the IFRS and Solvency II reporting to the group and regulators and make sure that they are in line with governance requirements.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the entire month end and quarter end process to ensure compliance with group accounting standards.<\/li>\n<li>Production of the financial reports to the executive committees including liquidity and investment reports.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with the changes across group, IFRS and local GAAP reporting to ensure compliance<\/li>\n<li>Production of financial reports including the liquidity and investments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Experience;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years post qualified experience. and ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws for financial and tax reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing accounting policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Leading the team to support and partner with senior management to ensure comprehensive financial knowledge of Statutory Reporting and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills, with a capacity to inspire and motivate a team.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent
