Our leading Insurance client is investing heavily in modern systems that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, with a focus on optimizing their policy administration platform.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

They’re seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, owning requirements, improving system functionality, and ensuring their PAS runs seamlessly.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong> <\/p>\n

    \n
  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, define, and document system requirements<\/li>\n
  • Translate complex business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications<\/li>\n
  • Support and enhance policy administration and related systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and modernization<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and vendors to deliver system changes and new product functionality<\/li>\n
  • Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution<\/li>\n
  • Analyze data flows and system integrations to ensure accuracy and performance<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to product launches by validating system readiness and coordinating across teams<\/li>\n
  • Create and maintain documentation including process flows, SOPs, and system updates<\/li>\n
  • Support testing efforts and assist end users with system functionality and enhancements<\/li>\n
  • Act as a key point of contact for system-related questions, changes, and ongoing support <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skilled Needed:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, data analysis, or a related IT function Demonstrated subject matter<\/li>\n
    • Expertise in defining, analyzing, and validating processes within Policy Administration Systems<\/li>\n
    • Prior experience working with insurance platforms; annuity product knowledge strongly preferred (FAST, OIPA, ALIP, DXC Assure, Vitech, Guidewire etc)<\/li>\n
    • Solid understanding of system components, data structures, and application integrations (e.g., APIs, web services)<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions<\/li>\n
    • Experience supporting enterprise applications, including issue analysis and resolution in production environments<\/li>\n
    • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, especially in ambiguous or fast-moving situations<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations effectively<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
