data, machine learning, and real-world business impact in a highly regulated environment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"789\">My client requires 3 days per week onsite the office, located in Dublin City centre and 2 working from home. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"789\">This role is initially a 12-Month Daily Rate contract with view of extension. To ensure sustainable growth and regulatory integrity, the bank is seeking a dynamic FCC lead \/ specialist to upgrade their AML Platform \/ System and further develop their FCC capability. <\/p>\n<p> The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:\u202f\u202f\u202f  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading the development and implementation of FCC frameworks, platform \/ systems, policies and infrastructure to upgrade the onboarding controls, transaction surveillance and sanctions screening capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in building a risk\u2011based compliance framework covering customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, risk assessments and KYC \/ AML standards aligned to corporate and institutional banking activities.<\/li>\n<li>Establish regulatory reporting and engagement processes, including suspicious activity reporting, statutory filings and formal interaction channels with Hong Kong regulators and intelligence bodies.<\/li>\n<li>Design, upgrade and embed the overall AML\/CFT operating model, covering governance, escalation, staff training and ongoing compliance initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a key advisor to the business, enabling business expansion through innovative financial crime risk management and solutions while ensuring adherence to the regulatory landscape.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the key point of contact for suspicious transaction reporting and liaise with authorities in relation to money laundering prevention and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Review, implement and test KYC procedures and other applicable policies.<\/li>\n<li>Advise the business of changes in local regulatory requirements and Group AML policies.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, investigate and report suspicious transactions and escalate material risks to senior management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:\u202f\u202f\u202f  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A university degree or equivalent professional qualification, CAMS, CPA, legal\u202f<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10+ years relevant experience in AML \/ Financial Crime Compliance gained from Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Payments Companies<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in managing or implementing AML \/ FCC technologies, systems and platform<\/li>\n<li>Solid and up-to-date knowledge of AML \/ FCC regulations in Hong Kong\u202f<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Corporate Banking\u202fbusiness\u202fand\u202fproducts, Corporate Lending, Trade Finance, Cash Management\u202fand Payments<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in designing, launching, revamping compliance frameworks and functions in a lean team<\/li>\n<li>Project leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively in a team Process Optimization"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a market-leading conglomerate with various business lines across Asia.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Digital and Process Optimisation team within this client and drive the success of new projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead market and trend analysis to identify strategic growth and AI adoption opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Own end to end process design and re engineering, defining target state processes aligned with business strategy<\/li>\n<li>Act as Product Owner or lead consultant, driving product vision, road-map, and prioritisation<\/li>\n<li>Partner with IT, business units, and vendors to design and deliver enterprise digital solutions<\/li>\n<li>Resolve complex business, operational, and user experience issues across platforms<\/li>\n<li>Manage senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, progress, and outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Document and review business cases, requirements, and solution designs<\/li>\n<li>Support enterprise level business analysis across multiple initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven senior\u2011level experience in process design, optimisation, or re-engineering, with ownership of end\u2011to\u2011end solution and outcome<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience acting as Product Owner or similar role, leading product vision, design, and road-map definition<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing and integrating multiple enterprise \/ corporate services and systems<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to define target\u2011state business processes and guide organisations to achieve strategic end goals<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities, including senior management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to mentor, guide, and review work from junior Business Consultants \/ Analysts<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English and Cantonese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/RGV4eS5TdXNhbmR5LjU3MTI0LjExMzA5QG9saXZlcmphbWVzYXNzb2NpYXRlcy5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a market-leading conglomerate with various business lines across Asia.
