platforms that are fundamental to both customer experience and internal operations.<\/p>\n<p> Fully remote, this is a contract-to-hire opportunity (typically 4-6 months) with a clear pathway into a permanent leadership position.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>The Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Enterprise Platforms are central to how the business operates day-to-day, enabling sales, servicing, workflow management, and commission processes across the organization.<\/p>\n<p> You’ll take ownership of a portfolio including Salesforce, Back-Office Workflow, Contact Centre Technology, and Commissions.<\/p>\n<p> This is not a BAU role, there is a genuine opportunity to enhance, streamline, and modernise how these platforms enable the wider business.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>What We’re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong drive, curiosity, and resilience<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing teams<\/li>\n<li>Data-led mindset, with a focus on standardisation and scalable processes<\/li>\n<li>Experience building capabilities from the ground up (0 \u2192 1)<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery<\/li>\n<li>Someone who brings structure, pace, and accountability<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Experience delivering change across complex, often manual or disjointed environments<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of product frameworks and how to apply them in practice<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Shared Services environments is a Het kantoor is gelegen in het hart van Utrecht, op 10 minuten loopafstand van Utrecht Centraal.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>De rol<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Als Informatie Analist ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen gebruikersorganisaties en de informatievoorziening binnen een complexe digitale keten. Je inventariseert en analyseert veranderingsbehoeften, processen en informatiestromen en vertaalt deze naar heldere functionele en niet-functionele requirements, epics en interactiemodellen. Jouw uitwerking vormt de basis voor besluitvorming door de portfoliostuurgroep en is het vertrekpunt voor Agile\/Scrum-teams bij het opstellen en verfijnen van user stories.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Je werkt aan uiteenlopende vraagstukken van het verbeteren van bestaande dienstverlening aan burgers tot de ontwikkeling van nieuw beleid. Daarbij schakel je soepel tussen beleidsmakers, uitvoeringsorganisaties, gemeenten en ICT-specialisten.
