You will take ownership of the entire claims lifecycle- investigating, analyzing coverage, evaluating liability and damages, and negotiating resolutions. Technical experience is required and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.  <\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle a caseload of moderate to severe commercial auto claims, with additional exposure to GL and PL lines.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct thorough investigations, including reviewing coverage, liability, damages, police reports, and medical records.<\/li>\n<li>Interview insureds, agents, witnesses, and medical professionals to compile facts and make well-supported recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate settlements effectively and recommend litigation where necessary, ensuring files are handled strategically and efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with defense counsel, claims leadership, and internal team members to manage litigated files and develop resolution strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate reserves and provide timely updates and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with applicable insurance regulations and company guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to a collaborative culture by assisting with training, sharing expertise, and supporting colleagues as needed.\n<p> Qualifications:<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of claims handling experience, preferably with a focus on commercial auto, GL, or PL.<\/li>\n<li>Strong investigation and negotiation skills with the ability to independently manage claims cradle-to-grave.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Property &amp; Casualty Adjuster License preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/RWxsaWUuSmVua2luc29uLjIyMTkyLjExMzA5QG9saXZlcmphbWVzYXNzb2NpYXRlcy5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking an experienced Commercial Auto Adjuster to join a fast-growing claims team in Chicago. administrator management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required experience and qualifications: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrable experience and understanding of defined benefit pensions<\/li>\n<li>Post-transaction
