development needs.<\/li>\n<li>Advise senior stakeholders on product strategy, governance, and operating model maturity.<\/li>\n<li>Coach and mentor Product Leaders, Product Managers, and Product Owners.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen capability across Product Strategy, Discovery, Metrics, Operating Model, and Leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Introduce practical frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be embedded across the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Experience Required<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Former VP Product, CPO, or senior Product Executive with experience leading product organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of developing high-performing product leaders and teams<\/li>\n<li>Experience implementing modern product operating models and driving product defined benefits pensions and post-transaction. <\/p>\n<p>This is a UK based role, you must live and pay tax in the UK to be considered. <\/p>\n<p>This is a key role within the BPA operations team, key areas of responsibility include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scheme onboarding<\/li>\n<li>Data flow and control, data cleansing and true-up<\/li>\n<li>Transition to buy-out<\/li>\n<li>Scheme trustee and administrator management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required experience and qualifications: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrable experience and understanding of defined benefit pensions<\/li>\n<li>Post-transaction experience is desirable <\/li>\n<li>Experience in a client-facing role is desirable<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in calculations and able to use proforma spreadsheets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you would like to
