Job Title: SEC Reporting Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced SEC Reporting Manager/Sr. Manager to help support their SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting function. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the VP of SEC Reporting and working closely with the CFO. The ideal candidate should have:
- 7+ years of SEC Reporting experience and Technical Accounting experience
- Leadership experience where you’ve hired or managed people directly
- Managed the tagging and validation of interactive data (XBRL) for all required SEC filings
- Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX 404
- CPA is preferred
