The business is expanding through acquisitions, strategic investments, and capital partnerships across the insurance sector.
The Opportunity
Reporting to senior finance leadership, this role will support strategic planning, financial performance, capital allocation, and business growth initiatives across the insurance platform. The position offers significant exposure to executive leadership and high-impact strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, transactions, and capital deployment decisions.
- Analyze business performance, profitability, and key operating metrics.
- Support M&A evaluations, reinsurance transactions, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare executive-level reporting and board materials.
- Partner with investment, finance, and operational leaders on strategic projects.
- Drive improvements to reporting, analytics, and planning processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or related experience.
- Life or Annuity Insurance, reinsurance industry experience required.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate financial insights to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
Compensation
- Base salary: $170,000 – $220,000
- Annual bonus opportunity
