Oliver James have partnered with a leading Financial Services client who are seeking an AI Engineer to join their rapidly growing team on an initial 6 month day-rate basis.
The role:
- Design and develop AI/ML models and scalable solutions using LLMs, NLP, and deep learning
- Fine-tune prompts and models to align with user needs and business goals
- Integrate AI into enterprise systems and workflows
- Lead data workflows, deployment, testing, and support for production-ready AI
- Collaborate across teams on product design, prototyping, and continuous optimisation
- Contribute to strategy, documentation, and market research.
Experience required:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Python, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker
- Experience building ML pipelines, deploying LLMs, and working with large-scale data
- Solid computer science background in algorithms and software design
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and business awareness.
