Client Service & Sales Support | Asset Management

For an Asset Management firm with a strong presence in the Italian market, we are looking for a Client Service & Sales Support Specialist. The role offers significant exposure to the full investor relations and business development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will carry out the following activities:

  • Support Business Development in day-to-day activities, with a strong focus on operational coordination, meeting preparation, follow-ups and pipeline tracking.
  • Data organization & cross-team coordination: coordinate CRM updates and investor databases and provide client activity and pipeline reports; facilitate internal workflows with Investment, Risk, Operations and Compliance teams to ensure smooth information flows.
  • Investor communication support: contribute to client reporting, investor newsletters and performance updates by gathering data and input from internal teams.
  • Support Sales & Marketing material preparation: updating existing materials and ensuring consistency (presentations, pitchbooks, fund factsheets, etc.).
  • RFP & Due Diligence process management: coordinate the preparation of RFPs, DDQs, questionnaires and data requests from prospects and existing investors, ensuring efficient, timely and accurate submissions.
  • Event & meeting coordination: assist in organizing investor meetings, webinars and conferences, including scheduling, logistics and materials preparation.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a financial institution (e.g. SGR, Asset Manager, SIM, Private Bank, Consulting).
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Good understanding of asset management, funds and financial markets.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and CoPilot.
  • Experience in client support, CRM systems and/or RFP/DDQ processes is beneficial.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
