About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Architect specialized in React who combines deep theoretical understanding with excellent hands-on development skills. You will architect complex frontend solutions, build them (hands-on), guide technical decisions, and elevate the overall engineering quality.
In this role, you are not only shaping the frontend ecosystem but also mentoring junior developers, ensuring strong coding standards, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the frontend architecture across complex React applications.
- Drive best practices for performance, clean code, state management, testing, and scalability.
- Build high-quality, production-ready React components.
- Collaborate with backend, UX, and product teams to define technical solutions.
- Provide technical coaching, code reviews, and support to junior and mid-level developers.
- Lead architectural Frontend decision-making and documentation.
Your Profile
- 10+ years of experience in frontend development, with deep React expertise.
- Strong grasp of theoretical concepts such as:
- Solid experience with TypeScript, modern JavaScript.
- Comfortable coaching, pair programming, and supporting team growth.
- Experience in large-scale or innovative product environments.
- Fluent in English.
