Title: Technical Product Manager
Location: Malvern, PA – 2 days per week onsite
Type: FTE, Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $115-140k

They are seeking a Product Manager to be responsible for defining vision, shaping the roadmap, and ensuring delivery of platform solutions (Salesforce etc.) that improve efficiency, enable automation, and enhance the day-to-day experience of internal users. This role is ideal for a product professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, translating complex needs into clear priorities, and driving measurable improvements through thoughtful design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and evolving internal user journeys, from strategy through delivery and continuous improvement
  • Translating business needs and pain points into clear product priorities and outcomes
  • Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring work is well-defined and value-driven
  • Partnering with engineering, design, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Championing internal user needs through research, feedback, and data-driven insight
  • Driving automation and efficiency across operational workflows
  • Communicating progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Measuring success through defined metrics and iterating based on performance
  • Staying informed on product management best practices and workforce enablement trends

Skilled Needed:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or journey-focused roles
  • Strong experience working in cross-functional, Agile delivery environments
  • Deep understanding of operational workflows, journey mapping, and backlog management
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce highly desired
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear and confident communication
  • Experience using product and backlog tools such as Jira or similar platforms
