RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft and review contract language for new insurance products by coordinating requirements across internal business functions.

Manage project timelines for regulatory product filings and set expectations for approval timeframes.

Analyze applicable insurance laws and regulatory standards and assess their impact on product and contract language.

Communicate and negotiate with regulators regarding filing objections and prepare formal responses.

Prepare and manage regulatory submissions through electronic filing systems, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.

Review and obtain approvals for consumer-facing marketing and branding materials where required.

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure advertising aligns with approved contract terms.

Maintain accurate records of regulated forms and ensure correct usage across the organization.

Support product implementation by providing finalized contract and disclosure requirements.

Assist internal operations and external administrators to ensure ongoing compliance with policy terms.

Maintain professional relationships with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Seven or more years of relevant professional experience, including time in legal, compliance, or product-related roles.

General knowledge of insurance products, sales practices, and regulatory environments.
