Vacancy: Business Controller (Data & Cost Control)

The role
As a Business Controller, you will strengthen cost control and cost analytics across a large number of cost centers. You combine hands-on controlling with improving and automating reporting and processes. The initial focus is on transforming Excel-based reports into a self-service reporting solution.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and control external and functional costs
- Deliver reliable actuals and year-to-go insights versus forecast
- Improve and standardize reporting and ways of working
- Further develop cost control processes across multiple domains
- Act as a business partner to cost center owners and stakeholders
- Drive ownership and data-driven decision making
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance / analytics
- At least 3 years of Business Controlling experience
- Strong analytical skills and able to switch between detail and structure
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL / BigQuery, SAP or similar tools
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field
