Business Analyst – Contract (Outside IR35)
📍 London (hybrid – up to once a fortnight on-site)
💷 Up to £550/day

We’re looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme for a Tier 1 financial services client.
This is a role for a doer – someone who can come in, get up to speed quickly, and crack on. You’ll be the only BA in a lean team, working across a large rebrand and relocation programme, supporting system changes, business processes, and people change.
What you’ll be doing:
- Translating business requirements into clear, usable artefacts
- Working with senior and junior stakeholders across the business
- Supporting change across systems, roles, training, and communications
- Managing and facilitating change with internal teams and third parties
- Owning BA deliverables within an MVP environment
- Balancing competing priorities in a fast-moving programme
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Business Analyst experience, ideally within Financial Services
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Someone proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
- Experience supporting business and operational change
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities without losing momentum

- London-based, with occasional office attendance (travel costs not covered)
