1. About the role

  • Analyse demographic and economic experience to inform assumptions

  • Support capital modelling, stress calibration and experience reporting

  • Contribute to internal model outputs and regulatory deliverables

  • Get involved in capital initiatives, change projects and ad-hoc analysis

  • Coach and support actuarial students within the team

2. About you

  • Nearly or newly qualified actuary (up to ~3 years PQE)

  • Background in Life, GI or Pensions; open to switching sectors

  • Knowledge of UK regulatory and capital frameworks

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical work clearly

  • Curious mindset with confidence to challenge and improve methodologies
