– Top-tier Financial Services management consultants (Big 4 / Accenture background)
– Proven experience solving complex business problems
– Strong strategy, operating model, and data-driven analysis capabilities
– Ability to work across multiple FS domains using core consulting skills
– Deep business performance assessment and analysis (not requirements gathering)
– Experience in process transformation (Lean / Six Sigma)
– Strong project management capability
– Senior-level (C-1) stakeholder engagement experience
– Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
– Demonstrated team leadership experience
