We are currently hiring on behalf of a Dublin City-based client for an experienced Programme Manager to join a growing PMO function.
This role will focus on the planning, execution and delivery of complex, strategic business initiatives including product rollouts, capability enhancements and regulatory-driven programmes. The successful candidate will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage comprehensive programme plans including milestones and cross-functional dependencies

Establish governance, financial management (budget) and resource allocation frameworks

Implement structured risk and issue management processes
-
Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop communication strategies
-
Deliver programmes to agreed timelines, budget and quality standards
-
Manage business cases, benefits realisation and change control
-
Provide clear executive-level reporting on progress, risks, KPIs and deliverables
Requirements:
-
8+ years’ project/programme management experience
-
Experience within financial services is essential

Strong familiarity with SDLC, including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Experience delivering compliance or regulatory initiatives and supporting product launches highly desirable

Proven experience working within cross-functional matrix environments
-
Bachelor’s degree required; PMP preferred
