We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our Agile organization in a long-term collaborative project.
You will play a key role in strengthening our automation strategy, DevOps integration, and AI-driven testing initiatives, while ensuring a proper Agile delivery setup.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robust UI and API test automation frameworks
- Work with Java, Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber (BDD)
- Build and maintain automation pipelines (CI/CD) using Jenkins
- Collaborate closely with business and product teams to understand functional flows
- Ensure high-quality delivery in a proper Agile setup
- Go beyond test case execution: bring improvements, new tools, and innovative ideas (AI in automation)
- This role is not limited to maintenance. We are looking for someone who can design and implement solutions from scratch.
Technical Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Test Automation
- Strong experience with:
- Java
- Selenium
- RestAssured
- Cucumber (BDD)
- Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks
- Experience with:
- UI automation
- API automation
- CI/CD pipeline setup (Jenkins)
- Good understanding of:
- DevOps practices
- Mocking and emulation/simulation tools
Soft Skills
- Open-minded and eager to learn new tools
- Flexible and pragmatic
- Brings value beyond user story execution
- Able to work autonomously (no coaching from scratch possible)
- Strong communication skills
- Team player within Agile squads
Languages
- English (mandatory)
