Director, Global Treasury

Reporting to the VP Treasurer, you’ll play a key role in optimizing global cash flow, managing liquidity, and overseeing inter company financing activities, ensuring strategic, efficient use of capital across a complex international landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead global cash forecasting and liquidity planning for international operations.
- Manage global debt reporting, compliance workbooks, and treasury metrics.
- Serve as the primary international loan officer – ensuring proper intercompany loan and equity documentation.
- Drive the timely clearance of intercompany transactions and optimize global banking relationships.
- Monitor and forecast FX exposures to enable proactive risk management.
- Develop and refine global treasury policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with tax, financial reporting, and FP&A teams to align treasury operations with corporate goals.
- Support VP Treasurer in strategic initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- 10-20 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, treasury, or banking.
- Strong background in cash management, liquidity, intercompany loans, and FX risk.
- Exposure to public company reporting and SOX controls preferred.
- International treasury experience highly desirable.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across global finance functions.
- Proficiency with ERP and/or treasury management systems.
