About the Role
We’re partnering with a growing organization looking to add a highly skilled Data Scientist to their team. This role sits at the intersection of machine learning, generative AI, and data engineering, with a strong emphasis on building intelligent systems that drive real business impact.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for a variety of use cases including classification, regression, and clustering

Design and implement generative AI solutions, including fine-tuning and deploying LLMs

Create and refine prompt engineering strategies to improve AI model outputs and performance

Build AI agents that combine machine learning, logic, and heuristics for decision-making and prioritization

Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and perform advanced feature engineering

Develop robust evaluation frameworks using metrics such as F1-score, AUC-ROC, and BLEU

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment

Monitor model performance in production, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and ethical compliance

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams
Required Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in Python, including hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn

Solid background in machine learning techniques and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

Experience working with generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLMs) and tools like OpenAI or Hugging Face

Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering and optimizing LLM performance

Experience building and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines using tools like Databricks, Azure Data Factory, or similar platforms

Strong understanding of model evaluation, validation techniques, and hyperparameter tuning

Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Seaborn

Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations

Experience developing AI-powered applications or autonomous agents

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Knowledge of MLOps best practices and deployment strategies
