Role Overview
This is a true Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) generalist role, combining both quantitative and qualitative risk management responsibilities. The team is intentionally seeking a well-rounded risk professional who can operate across disciplines rather than being siloed into purely quantitative or purely qualitative work.
The role offers broad exposure across enterprise risk activities, close partnership with stakeholders, and a mix of analytical, framework, and assessment-driven work. No two days look the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities across the organization
- Assist with risk framework implementation and enhancement
- Conduct risk assessments and Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs)
- Provide operational risk support to business partners
- Contribute to capital management oversight (quantitative exposure)
- Gain potential exposure to Asset Liability Management (ALM)
- Perform risk data analytics, including:
- Loss event analysis
- Scenario analysis / anticipation exercises
- Support audit preparation efforts across multiple lines of business
- Participate in ad hoc risk-related projects as needed
