We are currently working with a client in the insurance sector who is looking for a Gen AI Analyst to join their team.
This role sits between business and technology, so they need someone who understands GenAI concepts but can also work closely with stakeholders and translate needs into practical, scalable solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work with business teams to identify and refine Gen AI use cases (automation, claims, customer interaction, internal efficiency, etc.)
- Design and improve prompts to ensure high-quality and reliable model outputs
- Support testing and evaluation of models (quality, consistency, benchmarking)
- Help set up simple evaluation frameworks and monitoring/observability of GenAI solutions
- Collaborate with data, cloud, and engineering teams (mainly AWS environment) to support deployment and integration
- Contribute to improving system performance, reducing latency/cost, and selecting appropriate models/tools
- Assist in integrating AI solutions into existing systems via APIs and workflows
- Stay up to date with GenAI trends and suggest practical improvements
What they’re looking for:
- Around 2-5 years of experience in data, AI, analytics, or a related field
- Hands-on exposure to Gen AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, or similar tools)
- Good understanding of concepts like prompt design, RAG, or basic MLOps practices
- Some experience or interest in model evaluation, testing, and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with cloud environments (ideally AWS; exposure to services like Bedrock is a plus)
- Understanding of data handling, security, and access considerations is a plus
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders
- Curious mindset, able to suggest improvements and keep up with new technologies
