Key Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with sales channels to support seamless business growth and innovative product development.
- Deliver training and expert guidance to elevate frontline teams and service quality.
- Champion robust operational controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Lead process streamlining and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI-enabled solutions to boost efficiency, scalability, and service excellence.
- Monitor KPIs and KRIs, delivering insightful reports that drive smart, data-backed decisions.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in insurance operations, with strong exposure to complex, high-value policy administration.
- Proven expertise in managing Jumbo cases and MCV business portfolios.
- Deep knowledge of AML, regulatory compliance, and risk controls in policy servicing.
- Solid understanding of insurance law and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills for navigating non-standard challenges.
- Excellent communication in English (written & spoken) and fluent Mandarin.
- FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute) or similar professional designation is highly preferred.
