Senior Commercial Brand Controller

For an international organisation within the food/FMCG sector, we are looking for a Senior Commercial Brand Controller. In this role, you act as a financial sparring partner to marketing and sales teams and play a key role in driving brand performance and profitability.
What will you do?
- Own the financial performance (P&L) of multiple product lines/brands
- Act as a sparring partner for marketing and sales on strategic decisions
- Build and challenge business cases (innovations, investments, pricing)
- Lead the planning & control cycle (forecasting, budgeting, month-end closing)
- Analyse results and translate insights into concrete actions
- Improve reporting and dashboards (including Power BI)
- Actively contribute to long-term strategy and business growth
What do you bring?
- 8+ years of experience in Business Control, FP&A or Commercial Controlling
- Strong commercial mindset and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a corporate or FMCG/retail environment is a plus
- Proven experience in business partnering with marketing and/or sales
- Strong analytical skills, storytelling capabilities and the ability to challenge the business
- Experience with SAP, Power BI and Excel
