Title: Senior Voice Engineer

What You’ll Do:
- Lead design and delivery of enterprise voice solutions (SIP, SBC, cloud voice)
- Drive large-scale migration from on-prem telephony to cloud platforms
- Support integrations with collaboration and contact center technologies
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver seamless deployments
Core Skills:
- Telephony trunking, carrier integrations, porting
- Proficient programming in Oracle communications devices
- Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice & cloud voice platforms
- Genesys Cloud + SBC/session routing experience
- Strong IP networking knowledge for voice
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of enterprise voice engineering experience in complex environments
- Proven track record delivering large-scale voice or UC migrations
- Ability to own projects end-to-end strategy through execution
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working with both engineers and leadership
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to adapt in fast-moving environments
