Senior Integration Architect – Insurance – Switzerland
We’re partnered with a leading technology company to hire an experienced Senior Integration Architect with a strong background in insurance and enterprise system integration.
Fluency in both German and English is required.
Responsibilities
* Lead integration architecture across enterprise software implementation projects
* Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through to go-live support
* Design and implement scalable integration solutions across enterprise platforms
* Work closely with customers, implementation partners, developers, analysts, QA, and project leadership
* Support testing, issue resolution, and production support
* Mentor teams and drive delivery best practices across implementations
Requirements
* Strong experience in enterprise software implementations and integration architecture
* Background in the insurance industry
* Solid understanding of OO design, development, and testing principles
* Experience with enterprise integration frameworks and databases
* Strong Agile delivery experience
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders
* Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills
