The Mandate
Oliver James is exclusively representing a premier, pan-Asian insurance group in their search for a VP / AVP of Product Management to lead their Regional Loyalty & Lifestyle Ecosystem.
Reporting directly to the Group Chief Product & AI Officer you will own the strategy for a high-traffic “daily-use” platform designed to move the brand beyond traditional insurance. This is a mandate to build a digital destination focused on health, rewards, and community engagement, powered by cutting-edge Generative AI.
The Focus: Gen AI-Driven Stickiness

Daily Engagement: Lead the roadmap for lifestyle features-including health tracking, gamified rewards, and exclusive member perks-to drive daily active usage (DAU).

Conversational AI: Deploy Gen AI-native “coaches” and lifestyle assistants that provide personalized value, shifting the app from a utility to a companion.

Hyper-Personalization: Utilize LLMs to curate content, rewards, and “next-best-actions” based on real-time behavioral data.
