Senior Business Analyst – Process Optimization

Our client is a market-leading conglomerate with various business lines across Asia.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Digital and Process Optimisation team within this client and drive the success of new projects.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead market and trend analysis to identify strategic growth and AI adoption opportunities
  • Own end to end process design and re engineering, defining target state processes aligned with business strategy
  • Act as Product Owner or lead consultant, driving product vision, road-map, and prioritisation
  • Partner with IT, business units, and vendors to design and deliver enterprise digital solutions
  • Resolve complex business, operational, and user experience issues across platforms
  • Manage senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, progress, and outcomes
  • Document and review business cases, requirements, and solution designs
  • Support enterprise level business analysis across multiple initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proven senior‑level experience in process design, optimisation, or re-engineering, with ownership of end‑to‑end solution and outcome
  • Solid experience acting as Product Owner or similar role, leading product vision, design, and road-map definition
  • Experience in managing and integrating multiple enterprise / corporate services and systems
  • Strong ability to define target‑state business processes and guide organisations to achieve strategic end goals
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities, including senior management
  • Ability to mentor, guide, and review work from junior Business Consultants / Analysts
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese
