Senior Business Analyst – Insurance

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope and key requirements
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in a structured and clear manner
  • Review and map current processes, and design improved future-state workflows
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between existing systems and proposed solutions
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
  • Validate requirements through prototyping and testing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within the insurance industry
  • Solid understanding of life insurance products and processes (mandatory)
  • Good understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory considerations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage different stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) and basic SQL/data analysis skills are a plus
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required
