About the Role
The Analyst – Capital Partners will play a key role in supporting investor relations and managing the operations of joint ventures and managed vehicles. This position offers exposure to a dynamic global business environment with opportunities to collaborate across legal, finance, accounting, and risk management functions. The role reports to the SVP, Business Development Lead, Capital Partners, and is based in New York City.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to investor inquiries and support the preparation of investor communications, including ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Maintain and support the Capital Partners CRM system

Conduct market research on peers, trends, and industry developments

Assist with the operations of joint ventures, funds, and managed vehicles

Support the preparation of marketing materials and quarterly investor letters

Coordinate with legal, accounting, and risk management on compliance, reporting, and governance matters
Candidate Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree, accounting designation, or JD preferred

Prior experience in re/insurance, reinsurance brokerage, or catastrophe modeling preferred

Knowledge of reinsurance and the ILS market, with strong communication skills for investor-facing roles

Strong quantitative, written, and verbal communication abilities

Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
