We’re looking for a hands-on Application Developer / Architect with Insurance experience to join a leading Insurance client.
About the Role:
In this position, you’ll take ownership of designing, developing, and supporting complex insurance applications. You’ll work end-to-end, from gathering requirements and designing architectures to implementation, testing, and ensuring adherence to development, database, and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop complex insurance business applications and supporting systems

Create, enforce, and maintain application and database standards

Ensure application security, scalability, interoperability, and quality

Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders

Provide guidance, oversight, and support to development teams

Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in application design and architecture
What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience in insurance application development

Strong application design and development skills
-
Solid database knowledge (SQL / RDBMS / database architecture)

Familiarity with development standards, coding best practices, and governance

Experience with application security, QA, and scalability

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of projects
