We are seeking a Digital Assistant Manager to join an MNC Insurance client. This role is perfect for someone passionate about CRM technology, with strong experience in AI, digital platforms, and an understanding of technical APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions across business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce configurations.
- Work closely with developers and architects to integrate external systems with Salesforce via APIs and middleware.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
- Contribute to the roadmap for digital platform enhancements, driving automation and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to internal users, ensuring best practices and adoption of Salesforce tools.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with AI project
- Solid understanding of Digital architectures, data models, and declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder).
- Insurance experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
- Experience working on digital platforms (e.g., customer portals, service platforms, or mobile applications).
- Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in Cantonese is a MUST
