We’re looking for a motivated Corporate Strategy professional to join our client’s Corporate Development team at Associate or AVP Level. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Development and senior executives, you’ll help shape the company’s growth agenda through strategic transactions – including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, restructurings, and other corporate initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure, direct access to decision-makers, and opportunities to grow across multiple business areas.
What You’ll Do

Drive Strategic Transactions: Source, assess, and execute M&A, investment, and partnership opportunities from start to finish.

Perform Financial Analysis: Build and refine financial models, evaluate potential deals, and provide insights to guide investment decisions.

Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with legal, finance, tax, and operations teams to manage due diligence and ensure smooth execution.

Deliver Insights & Reporting: Prepare concise presentations and recommendations for leadership and external stakeholders.

Monitor Market Activity: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor moves to identify emerging opportunities.

Build External Networks: Maintain strong connections with advisors, investors, and business partners to support deal flow.

Support Growth Plans: Partner with business leaders to evaluate and advance strategic initiatives that drive long-term value.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, or corporate finance.

Background in insurance, InsurTech, or healthcare is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and project management skills.

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and effective working both independently and in teams.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
