Oliver James are currently supporting a client in recruiting for an exciting role in a forward-looking department with a modern tech environment in need of an Automation Engineer to join them on a 4-6 month basis. We are in need of an experienced professional who is immediately available to start and has experience in software automation and a strong understanding of business analysis to work with a collaborative and experienced team.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in software automation (Python | VBA | RPA | Shell Scripting)
- Large scale document management experience (Templates | Policies | Claims | Invoices)
- Strong background in business process analysis , data analysis and visualisation (SQL | Excel | Power BI)
- Experienced with agile methodologies (Scrum | Kanban)
- It would be advantageous if you have recent experience in the insurance sector
- C Level German and English required
- Can commit to being in the office 2-3 days in Bern, Switzerland
If you meet the above criteria , your key responsibilities in this role will be (not limited to):
- Analysing , designing and implementing automation solutions in the output environment
- Integrating automated processes into existing systems
- Technical testing and troubleshooting of existing automation
- Analysing and structuring business requirements with stakeholders
- Creating documentation , requirement specification and user stories
- Acting as the interface between the business and IT (translating business needs into technical solutions)
