Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify insurance product wording and coverage for Professional Liability offerings.
• Ensure all insurance product offerings comply with regulatory requirements and meet industry standards.
• Work collaboratively with the product development team to innovate and refine insurance products.
• Assess and analyze potential legal risks related to product offerings and suggest mitigative strategies.
• Provide legal expertise to other departments within the organization as it relates to Professional Liability products.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, laws, and regulations that impact Professional Liability insurance products.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE Juris Doctor & Bar Admission USA
• MUST HAVE 2-5+ years in drafting and developing insurance product wordings and coverage documents for Professional Liability.
• Exceptional understanding of insurance laws and regulations, particularly in a non-contentious context.
